Fiesta Celebration 2008
Preparations: Fitting new clothes for the Fiesta
The veil was a gift from my Tita in Saudi

Radiant in white...like a Bride being photographed before the wedding...

Through the intercession of Mary...
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen
Day of the Fiesta
For San Jose
New garments for San Jose and the child Jesus as well, the child Jesus was borrowed from Ronnie and Dindo, friends from Marikina
The Carroza of Our Lady
Tableau: Apparition of Our Lady to Lucia, Jacinto and Francisco
Fruits mixed in with the Flora...
Fiesta Mass, celebrated by our Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Louie
October 11, 2008
First Reading
The Procession
Order of Procession:
1. St. Joseph
At the chapel
During the procession
2. Tableau of the Apparition to the 3 children of Fatima
Children of Fatima: Lucia, Jacinta, Francisco
3. Our Lady of Fatima, Festejada
Carroza of the Festejada image, newly painted in time for the Fiesta...unfortunately not a good day for the image...somebody forgot to secure her base...she fell off her carroza in the middle of the procession but the image is intact...except for some scratches...fortunately
Mama Mary heard our prayers. Through her intercession, we had a very beautiful Saturday (and even Sunday). I couldn't ask for a better day to celebrate her Fiesta. Not a single drop of rain, not even a sound of thunder (though the weather forecast predicted that it there would be thunderstorms and scattered rains throughout the day). My relatives were even joking how lucky I am since it was raining so hard last Friday. Mama Mary, thank you!
After the Weekend Processions...
The last of the flowers saved from the carroza...Preparations: Fitting new clothes for the Fiesta
